Blue dip dye!
Hey guys!
I just finished college, passed everything and got back into next year! happy days:)
For the past few months iv been gradually going blonde as i wanted to be able to put all kinds of crazy colours through my hair and its easier to be fully blonde to do this
I used to have pink hair & have previously been just about every colour so staying a natural colour for a long time is very hard for me haha click here for my last post on semi permanent hair dye
so after been fully blonde for about 2months
I bought some lagoon blue by directions semi permanent hair dye this is a brand iv used before so knew what i was in for...
my plan was to dip dye the ends a faded blue colour which means i would mix the colour with conditioner to dilute the bright colour
so i applied the diluted colour to the ends like above
but
It didn't turn out how i imagined, maybe i should have used less conditioner
instead i slapped on the colour with no conditioner
this is my hair dying jumper by the way lol

i love the way its turned out
although am glad i only did the dip dye as i did think of doing this all over
what do you think?
Tips - when washing your hair if you have a semi permanent colour in it, wash it with cold water or as cold as you can handle anyway as this will pro long the colour
when trying to fade out the colour wash with warm water this will strip it out more
when washing out the colour after applying it DONT try to rinse till the water runs clear it wont happen!
WEAR GLOVES this product will stain anything!! including baths, sinks, clothes, hands, nails, skin!
wear gloves every time you wash your hair as i will stain your nails even if you have polish it will change the colour of the polish - so annoying!
It may run in the rain this doesn't mean you cant go out in the rain!
It may transfer onto light clothing but it wont ruin your clothes
Keep in mind this is'nt as damaging as other hair dyes! these are more of a stain so dont contain most of the harsh chemicals normal hair dyes contain
